- Leg warmers
- Scissors
- Revolving leather punch
- Needle (with large eye) and thread

Step One: Cut the top of the boot to the desired height. To ensure that you get a clean, straight cut, mark a line with pencil first.

Step Two: Using the smallest hole diameter, punch holes along the edge of the boot, spaced about a quarter of an inch apart.

Step Three: Using thread that matches the leg warmer, sew the leg warmer onto the boot through the punched holes.

Step Four: Finally, just roll the leg warmer down on top of itself to achieve the preferred height and scrunched look.
